We are very happy with our new MTH, and would recommend their builds. MTH made the process of buying a home super easy by accepting our Veterans United Loan. Todd was always quick to respond and has been very helpful in following up with us. - What we're most happy about is all the small touches around the house that made moving in feel like we were getting a great deal and quality build. The fine details and high quality brand name fixtures faucets were above and beyond what we saw in other homes.

My family had an amazing experience working with Morgan Taylor Homes. We were able to buy our own lot, choose our floorplan and customize our finishes. We added things like upgraded wood doors, a wine wall and wood tile. We absolutely love our house and it's perfect for our growing family. Working with MTH was great, they have a design center where they help you make all your choices and you have a project manager that keeps you up to date on everything and keeps the building process on track. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars, without MTH we wouldn't be able to build such a nice house in our price range!

We recently purchased a home from Morgan Taylor Homes in Casa Grande and couldn’t be happier! The home was priced well and came with fantastic upgrades, including all tile floors, soft-close shaker-style cabinets, and over 200 feet of block walls on a spacious 1+ acre lot. After moving in, a couple of minor issues arose, but Todd was quick to come out and address them. So far, everything is going great, and we’re truly satisfied with our new home. They gave us our all-in price almost immediately and we were able to pick all our own finishes. Our home turned out incredible and we absolutely love it!

Lisa at MTH warranty gets 5 stars. What little I had to call her for, she was immediately on it and even checked back with me to make sure the trade showed. We love our MTH and give them 4 1/2 stars because I always feel there is room for improvement. Lisa and Eric are exceptions to that rule of mine. In my opinion they are probably overworked and deserve raises!!!

MTH builds a quality home for a fair price. While we had several mishaps along the way (missing or wrong items, fencing errors, and a long punch list after move in), they were all eventually corrected thru the help of Lisa. Previous to Lisa, our punch list had been sitting for almost a year due to staff turnover with minimal to no progress. We had to monitor throughout the build process to assure accuracy and point out errors (which were corrected) but bottom line, MTH turned over a quality home that we're happy to be living in.

We absolutely love our home. The Morgan Taylor team worked with us throughout the entire process and it was amazing to see everything come together. We have been in the house now for the past three months and It has turned out better than we could have ever imagined. Thank you for our beautiful home!
