My family had an amazing experience working with Morgan Taylor Homes. We were able to buy our own lot, choose our floorplan and customize our finishes. We added things like upgraded wood doors, a wine wall and wood tile. We absolutely love our house and it's perfect for our growing family. Working with MTH was great, they have a design center where they help you make all your choices and you have a project manager that keeps you up to date on everything and keeps the building process on track. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars, without MTH we wouldn't be able to build such a nice house in our price range!

We're two weeks away from moving into our home. The process has been really smooth. Cindy communicated with us the whole time and our superintendent Gabe was amazing. The few times there were issues, he addressed them in a timely manner. Julie and Sarah were so kind and helpful. We loved being involved in picking our finishes at the design center and everything turned out great. So excited to look out of the family room at our breathtaking views and can't thank Morgan Taylor enough for the pleasant experience.

We recently purchased a home from Morgan Taylor Homes in Casa Grande and couldn’t be happier! The home was priced well and came with fantastic upgrades, including all tile floors, soft-close shaker-style cabinets, and over 200 feet of block walls on a spacious 1+ acre lot. After moving in, a couple of minor issues arose, but Todd was quick to come out and address them. So far, everything is going great, and we’re truly satisfied with our new home. Lisa at MTH warranty gets 5 stars. What little i had to call her for, she was immediately on it and even checked back with me to make sure the trade showed. We love our MTH and give them 4 1/2 stars because I always feel there is room for improvement. Lisa and Eric are exceptions to that rule of mine. In my opinion they are probably overworked and deserve raises!!!

MTH builds a quality home for a fair price. While we had several mishaps along the way (missing or wrong items, fencing errors, and a long punch list after move in), they were all eventually corrected thru the help of Lisa. Previous to Lisa, our punch list had been sitting for almost a year due to staff turnover with minimal to no progress. We had to monitor throughout the build process to assure accuracy and point out errors (which were corrected) but bottom line, MTH turned over a quality home that we're happy to be living in.

From the beginning Lynn was quick to get back to my realtor with all the information we needed to get my purchase started. The communication was always there beginning to end. The house itself is amazing and the quality is there. You can tell this builder goes out of their way to provide buyers with a great experience even if you're on a budget! I recently had the pleasure of representing a buyer in the purchase of a custom home built by Morgan Taylor Homes, and our experience was fantastic from start to finish!
From the beginning, Todd was outstanding with his communication during the negotiation process and all the way through to closing. He was always responsive and ensured we had answers to all of my buyer's questions, which really helped my clients make informed decisions with confidence.
Todd also provided my buyers with flexibility to access the home multiple times for measurements, contractor meetings, and project planning prior to closing—which was a huge help.
We also greatly appreciated his assistance in coordinating walkthrough items, addressing repair requests, and ensuring that both pre-closing and post-closing items were handled with care.
The custom home itself was absolutely spectacular—a beautifully designed layout with an open and airy feel that checked most of my buyer's boxes. The only small downside was the size of the primary closet, which felt a bit undersized for the overall square footage.
In terms of workmanship, as with any new build, there were a few minor finishing details (especially noticeable on flat walls), but the builder has been proactive and continues to work with my clients to ensure their complete satisfaction.
Overall, our experience with Morgan Taylor Homes has been amazing, and I would not hesitate to bring future buyers here or work with Todd and the team again.

Funny how you read reviews and some are fantastic, and some are horrible. I just completed a 15 month journey to build a new home on my lot with Morgan Taylor Homes in Scottsdale. I can’t give them 5 stars, although I would have liked to give them 4.5.
Overall, they did an excellent job. We built this house through the Pandemic and these brutal supply chain issues, and the build was completed as promised - 10 months from start of construction. We had one significant delay on windows, but other than that, MTH was able to procure all the components we needed as scheduled.
Positives - Overall terrific people that were fully invested in producing a top-quality home. Special thanks to VP of Construction (Greg), Area Superintendent (Shane), Superintendent (Troy) and Pam & Sarah in Design. When there were issues, and there were a few, these people rose to the occasion and made things happen. I feel like the quality of the “standard items” included in the home are excellent. Really nice cabinets, flooring and especially the shower glass. The design of the home and floor plan are excellent. We have had a couple of service requests after we moved in, and Warranty (Cody) has been very responsive and cooperative in getting any and all issues resolved.
Negatives - Communication. There is always room for improvement in how a business communicates with their customers, and MTH is no exception. I understand the disconnect between what is happening in the field and what the people in the office know. But, when you are building a new home, and the customer is not local or be able to check out the job-site in-person, it would be really nice to receive regular updates and pictures of the progress. There was an attempt by “customer service” to do that, but it was not satisfactory and needs drastic improvement.
The other disappointment was with Sales. The first Sales Rep I encountered was a disaster, and thankfully I was able to have him removed from my project. The replacement was disinterested and not at all helpful. MTH pretty much takes the salesperson out of the loop once the house is started, which is probably a good thing. I was thankful to have Sales Manager (Steve) and Architectural Manager (Morgan) helping us through the early stages of design and construction, who both unfortunately left the company half-way through my build.
In summary, so far we are very pleased with our new home. I feel like MTH has ridden the wave of home building business to maybe grow a little faster than they are equipped to handle, but that is probably a good problem for them to have. Considering the supply chain and labor issues created by the Pandemic, MTH gets extra kudos for having a terrific group of sub-contractors. There are a couple of them that need to be replaced, but that is expected. All in all, a job well done.

I moved into my new Morgan Taylor home in November 2023, and I couldn't be happier. From the start, we were able to customize several aspects to make the home truly ours. For instance, we decided to remove the smaller windows in the bedroom, did a custom laundry room and some other smaller items which aligned with the vision my husband and I had for our new home.
Throughout the entire process, the team at Morgan Taylor was incredibly responsive. Any issues that came up were addressed promptly, ensuring everything was handled to our satisfaction. Todd, in particular, was fantastic to work with. His professionalism, clear communication, and dedication to the project were evident from start to finish.
