Rules and Restrictions

Marketing Agreement: The Morgan Taylor Marketing Team must approve any and all materials containing our product, name, or logo. Please Email our Team: [email protected] for approval.   • 1.

    To become eligible, each Realtor must attend (1) Lunch & Learn at the Morgan Taylor Design Studio.

  • 2.

    This program is a non-exclusive program for licensed real estate professionals that refers customers to Morgan Taylor Homes. Referred customers must purchase and build a home with Morgan Taylor Homes for the referral to count. Morgan Taylor Homes will not be responsible for payment of a referral fee if the referred customer does not build a home.

  • 3.

    When a customer is referred by two or more separate referral sources, a fee will only be paid to the party responsible for the customer building the home. Morgan Taylor Homes will not pay two referral fees for the same home.

  • 4.

    The commission or referral fee shall be calculated off the base price of the home at 3% for the first successfully closed transaction, and 4% for any additional closed transactions within the same year.

  • 5.

    The commission/referral fee is processed upon the successful close of escrow, or within 30 days of the second construction draw if the customer is using construction financing or installment payments.

  • 6.

    Morgan Taylor Homes reserves the sole right to cancel or make changes to this program at any time, at the sole discretion of Morgan Taylor Homes. In addition, the determination for eligibility within these rules and restrictions is solely at the discretion of Morgan Taylor Homes.

  • 7.

    To be eligible for a referral fee, the customer must order a home with Morgan Taylor within six (6) months from the date of referral.

  • 8.

    Real estate partners are not paid a referral fee when building a home with Morgan Taylor and will be paid a professional partner discount equal to their realtor referral tier.

  • 9.

    To be eligible for a referral payment under the Morgan Taylor Homes Realtor Referral Program, a referring partner must be currently licensed as a real estate professional and in good standing with the state in which the referral takes place. Any real estate professional that is not in good standing at the time of the referral will not be eligible for a referral fee.

  • 10.

    Registration of leads is required. In order to receive a referral fee on leads you must fill out our referral contact form. You will not be paid a referral fee on leads that are not registered through the system.
