GENERAL WARRANTY SERVICE

Include your address, a description of the issue, and photos if available.
Requests are typically reviewed within 1–2 business days depending on urgency.
Once coverage is confirmed, we will coordinate inspection or service scheduling Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Some warranty items may be grouped into a single service visit during the first year. In certain cases, we may recommend waiting until later in the warranty period to address multiple items at once.
FOR AFTER HOURS OR EMERGENCY SITUATIONS
Your home orientation and closing package include a subcontractor contact list for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other trades.
For fastest resolution, please contact the appropriate trade partner directly for emergency issues.
Emergencies generally include:
- Active plumbing leak requiring main water shutoff
- Gas leak, shut off gas immediately
- Complete electrical outage affecting the entire home
- HVAC outage during extreme temperatures (above 90°F summer or below 60°F winter)
- Whole-home plumbing backup within 30 days of closing related to construction debris
- Hot water heater failure where service cannot wait until the next business day
