4. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Program Description
Morgan Taylor Homes operates an SMS messaging program to send you information about available homes, pricing updates, financing options, appointment reminders, tour confirmations, and other communications directly relevant to your inquiry. Messages are sent by a live sales representative or licensed real estate agent.
How You Opt In
You opt in to receive SMS messages from Morgan Taylor Homes by checking the optional SMS consent checkbox on any inquiry form on our websites and submitting that form. The checkbox is unchecked by default and is not required to submit the form. Checking the box and submitting the form constitutes your express written consent to receive text messages from Morgan Taylor Homes at the mobile number you provide.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any property or service. Your SMS opt-in data is not shared with or sold to any third parties.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and our sales activity. You may receive up to 10 messages per month, though most contacts receive fewer.

5. Facebook and Meta Lead Ads
Morgan Taylor Homes runs advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram (Meta platforms). If you submit your contact information through a Facebook or Instagram lead ad, we receive the information you provide in that form. By submitting your information, you consent to be contacted directly by Morgan Taylor Homes by phone, email, and text message under the terms described in Sections 3 and 4. Your information is received and managed solely by Morgan Taylor Homes and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Meta's own terms and privacy policy govern your use of their platforms separately.
6. Morgan Taylor Realty
Morgan Taylor Homes works with licensed real estate agents operating under Morgan Taylor Realty. If you are connected with a Morgan Taylor Realty agent as part of your home buying process, that agent acts on behalf of Morgan Taylor Homes in responding to your inquiry. Morgan Taylor Homes and its agents are not acting as your buyer's agent unless a separate written agreement has been executed. Nothing in these Terms constitutes a binding agency agreement or offer to sell real property.
7. Email Communications
By submitting your email address through any form on our websites or advertising channels, you consent to receive email communications from Morgan Taylor Homes, including property updates, financing incentives, and relevant announcements. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly.
8. Property Information and Accuracy
All property information, pricing, floor plans, renderings, lot availability, and financing details on our websites are for informational purposes only and subject to change without notice. Renderings may not exactly reflect the final product. All details must be confirmed with a Morgan Taylor Homes sales representative.
