Morgan Taylor Homes and its affiliated brands operate an SMS messaging program to send you information about available homes, pricing updates, financing options, appointment reminders, tour confirmations, and other communications relevant to your home inquiry (the "Program"). Messages may be sent by a live sales representative or through an automated messaging system.
How You Opt In
You opt in to receive SMS messages from Morgan Taylor Homes by providing your mobile phone number and submitting any inquiry form on our websites or through our Facebook or Instagram lead ads. Where an SMS consent checkbox is present on a form, checking that box constitutes your explicit opt-in. Your submission constitutes your express written consent to receive recurring text messages from Morgan Taylor Homes and its affiliated brands at the mobile number provided.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any property or service.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and sales activity. You may receive up to 10 messages per month, though most contacts receive fewer.

How to Opt Out

When you submit an inquiry through any of our websites or advertising campaigns, your information may be received and used by Morgan Taylor Homes and the specific development or affiliated brand relevant to your inquiry. All affiliated brands and developments operate under these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
8. Real Estate Services and Agent Relationships
Morgan Taylor Homes works with licensed real estate agents affiliated with Morgan Taylor Realty. These agents may contact you in connection with your home inquiry. Morgan Taylor Homes and its affiliated agents are not acting as your buyer's agent unless a separate written agreement has been executed. Nothing in these Terms or on our websites constitutes a binding representation, agency agreement, or offer to sell real property.
9. Property Information and Accuracy
All property information, pricing, floor plans, renderings, lot availability, and financing details displayed on our websites are provided for informational purposes only and are subject to change without notice. Renderings and images may not exactly reflect the final product. Pricing, incentives, and availability must be confirmed with a Morgan Taylor Homes sales representative.
Nothing on our websites constitutes an offer, solicitation, or commitment to sell any specific property at any specific price or on any specific terms.
10. Financing Disclaimer
Any financing information, payment estimates, or incentive details referenced on our websites or in our communications are provided for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute an offer of credit or a commitment to lend. All financing is subject to credit approval, underwriting, and lender guidelines. Rates, terms, and programs are subject to change at any time without notice.
